Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Products Refund
Due to the nature of digital assets (Presets, Templates, Ebooks), all sales are final. Once a download link has been sent or accessed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchase.
2. Mentorship Call Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled once per booking free of charge, provided the request is made 24 hours in advance. If the mentor is unable to attend, the session will be rescheduled to the next available slot, or a full refund will be offered.
4. Process for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
