1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Motion Astra website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, digital assets, templates, and graphics on this website are the property of Motion Astra. You are granted a limited license to use purchased assets for your personal or commercial projects, but you may not redistribute, resell, or claim them as your own.
3. Mentorship Calls
All mentorship calls are conducted via Google Meet. Booking a call constitutes a commitment to attend. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking if requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.
4. Payments
We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
Motion Astra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
